Hello fellow readers!
I cannot believe that it has been over 7 months since my last post! I started my final years of college and I am swamped. I also started a big girl job…. and let me tell you, I have never been more envious of my childhood days.
Alongside school and my full time job, I have of course been reading! I’ve also been thinking of the blog. I started Surrounded by Books back when I was a senior in high school. I was 18 and wanting to express my love for books with those who loved them as much as I did.
I didn’t think that my reviews would get any likes or comments, but they did. I am so grateful for everyone who has stayed and watched this blog evolve and grow.
As I continue my own journey, my tastes have changed and some stayed the same. I want to make this page more rounded so I am now going to be reviewing all types of books! We will have: romance, new adult, young adult (no surprise here), fantasy (again, no big surprise here!), and adult fiction.
I have so many fun idea’s planned for this page. More book birthdays, monthly updates, and book reviews of course!
I cannot wait to start this new journey and take you all along with me.
